This Direct to Customer retailer needed to understand the importance of 'sustainability' to its existing and potential customers.

EntityX analysed the content that the retailer's most important audiences were engaging with, in order to determine how important 'sustainability' is to each audience. We also analysed the retailers marketing communications and website, and measured how relevant each channel was to customers with an interest in 'sustainability'. Our analysis also examined the relevance of competitor marketing communications in order to identify competitive threats and opportunities.


Cultural Activation/ Global Beer Brand - South Africa

This beer brand was launching a new drink targeting young women in the highly competitive South African market. Their challenge was how to reach these customers in a cost effective way in order to increase sales.

The brand shared their audience research, which EntityX used to custom-build an audience profile based around the audience’s cultural interests, particularly around food, drink, music and fashion. Most importantly, EntityX was able to identify a range of interests which they then used to identify the most relevant pages for the target audience.

EntityX increased the reach of the campaign, with significantly higher performance. The campaign achieved 136% of previous CTR and 143% VTR.
